About me
Mr. Stephen Chung is a senior solicitor who started his legal career in 1973 in Hong Kong, following graduation from King’s College. He left Hong Kong as Head of Litigation Department of a legal firm there and moved to England to read Law at the University of the West of England, Bristol. He served his articles in a local firm in Bristol and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1982. He worked for several firms before starting his legal practice in 1985, initially as Stephen Chung & Co, and then Chung & Co. In 2024, Mr. Stephen Chung joined Medlock Solicitors as Senior Consultant.
He finds interest in all aspects of law, particularly commercial and residential property transactions, landlord and tenant issues, immigration and appeals, planning law, wills and probate, divorce and Magistrates Court and Tribunal work. He is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and is the legal advisor to many organisations. His vast experience in law forms the backbone to his past and present legal practices.
